Mengbi provides a multilingual directory, editorial content, comparison-oriented information, and related discovery interfaces for AI products. Public pages are intended to help people and software agents research options; they are not legal, financial, security, medical, or procurement advice.

The directory may include prices, capabilities, compatibility, quality signals, and source links that change over time. Confirm current details with the official provider before spending money, sharing data, or relying on a third-party service.

You may create an account and submit information only when you are authorized to represent the product or organization described. Keep your session secure and tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.

A submission is a request for review, not a promise of publication, ranking, ownership verification, commercial placement, or continued availability. We may ask for evidence, request edits, reject, quarantine, withdraw, or remove a record when it is incomplete, unsafe, misleading, infringing, or no longer current.

Use Mengbi lawfully, respectfully, and within the documented limits. Do not interfere with the service, bypass rate limits or access controls, impersonate another person, or use automated requests in a way that burdens the service or harms a source.

Do not submit credentials, malware, private customer data, unlawful material, copyrighted material you do not have permission to share, or URLs that resolve to private network resources.

You keep ownership of material you submit. You grant Mengbi a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, reproduce, adapt, translate, display, and distribute that material as needed to review, publish, explain, and protect the directory. Do not submit material if you cannot grant these rights.

Mengbi links to third-party products and may describe their APIs or models. Those providers control their own services, pricing, availability, terms, privacy practices, and outputs. Your use of a linked service is between you and that provider.

The service and directory are provided on an evolving, “as available” basis. We work to keep information useful and sourced, but we do not warrant that every record is complete, current, error-free, uninterrupted, or suitable for a particular purpose. Editorial inclusion is not an endorsement, guarantee, or safety certification.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Mengbi is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or lost-profit damages arising from your use of the service or a third-party product. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded, limits mandatory consumer rights, or prevents a good-faith request for correction or deletion.

We may change, pause, or retire a feature, suspend an account, or remove a submission when necessary to protect users, sources, providers, or the integrity of the catalogue. We will use reasonable efforts to explain a material account or content action when doing so does not create a security or legal risk.

We may update these terms as the product and legal requirements change. Continued use after the effective date means the updated terms apply to future use. If you do not agree, stop using the service and contact us about account or content requests.
