Compare implementation to GitHub issues and matching MDX/README. Chat only. Do not create `PRODUCT.md`, `ROADMAP.md`, or a second backlog.

1. If this turn has no reconciled exploration, follow [council](../w-council/SKILL.md) steps 1–3 with angles on issues, matching docs, and code.
2. Read GitHub issues (open + recently closed) and matching MDX/README/`DESIGN.md` for named horizons.
3. Inspect the matching code. Note shipped, partial, and missing items. Every item cites an issue, MDX, or code.
4. Ask whether they want a docs edit or `/w-plan` for an already-authorized item.
